At The Village Community, our members experience a variety of activities: both indoors and outdoors, on-site and off-site.  We have a spacious Community Building on the property, as well as a large barn with a concrete floor, trampoline, basketball hoop, outdoor fitness pad, and other recreational games and activities. The property consists of ten acres to explore and enjoy, including raised bed gardens and fruit trees.  It's a tranquil, rural setting with lots to offer.  In addition, our members like to spend time in near-by Iowa City or West Branch participating in a variety of daily community activities.
